By downloading, installing, or using RentKeep ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. RentKeep is developed and maintained by CueBytes ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

RentKeep is a rent collection and property management app designed for landlords. The App allows you to manage properties, track rent payments, create invoices, manage tenant information, track maintenance requests, and generate reports. The App operates primarily offline with data stored on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all data you enter into the App.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data regularly using the App's backup feature.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding property management and tenant relationships.
  • You are responsible for the security of your device and access to the App.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights to your property, tenant, financial, or other data. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a sync or backup feature.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentKeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, missed payments, or inaccurate calculations. The App is a management tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by CueBytes and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete all your data at any time by clearing the App data on your device or by uninstalling the App. You can also request account deletion through our Delete Account page.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
